About Neil

Neil A. Levine (he/him) is a Certified Professional Coach with over 25 years of experience helping individuals and groups set the conditions for success. With a passion for creating and leading high-performance teams, Neil focuses on unlocking individual creativity and enhancing institutional performance.

Neil’s distinguished career spans over three decades in the federal sector, including leadership roles in the Executive Branch and on Capitol Hill. His academic contributions include a faculty appointment at the Department of Strategic Leadership at the National Defense University's Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Policy. He has also served as an adjunct professor at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy at Tufts University and the School of International Service at American University.

Neil holds an M.S. in National Security Strategy from the National War College (2008), a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University (1986), and a B.A. from Earlham College (1983). He earned his Professional Coaching Certification from the College of Executive Coaching in 2017.

Currently, Neil serves as Board Chair of CDA – Collaborative Learning Projects, a Cambridge-based organization dedicated to advancing collaborative approaches to global challenges.

Neil and his wife, Kate, reside in Massachusetts, where they enjoy exploring the region’s natural beauty and fostering meaningful connections in their community.
