Executive Coaching
Neil assists clients in developing the leadership skills that are essential to success at the top of successful public and private sector institutions. This includes developing emotional intelligence, understanding organizational culture, appreciating the strategic landscape of your organization, managing diversity, and leading change management.
For clients looking to advance their career, take that next step or manage a career transition, individuals will work one-on-one with an experienced coach to improve active listening skills, public speaking, develop effective approaches to conflict management and learn to mentor and be mentored.
Clients at all stages will learn ways to unlock creativity, discover "white space" through mindfulness, find ways to reduce stress and address work-life issues.
Neil works with senior leaders in the federal government -- political appointees and civil servants, non-profit executives, labor leaders, private sector managers, start-ups and small-business owners.
Consultancy
“Helping groups and organizations have conversations with themselves.”
Consultancies assist organizations in achieving their objectives through engagements across a broad range of assignments, starting with helping organizations have conversations with themselves.
A short or long-term engagement may involve organizational analyses, strategic assessments, stakeholder analyses, retreat planning and facilitation, design and execution of focus groups, coaching and mentoring.
After an initial consultation, we will work together to develop an approach best suited to you or your organization's needs. Typically, this will involve the development of a customized scope of work that identifies tasks or assignments to be delivered, terms of employment and deadlines.
